  This course is designed to give you the best start in your Reiki Journey in becoming an effective and competent healer. If you are looking to become a Reiki Practitioner, this is your starting point giving you a good foundation to build upon. In Reiki One, you learn about the body, the chakras and aura system, as well as learning how to channel Reiki through your body and out through your hands, allowing you to become a holistic Reiki Therapist.

  Reiki One attunes you to the Reiki energy, this is done by receiving three attunements throughout the day. Reiki is a beautiful gift to give to yourself or to others. Reiki One allows you to give Reiki to yourself, your friends, your pets and is also a journey of self-discovery. You do not need any previous experience to start your Reiki journey. It is not a belief system or attached to any religion, allowing anyone to experience this energy.
