  What are energy cords?

  During our day to day lives, we form energy links to the people we meet, to places and even situations. The majority of our energy links are good ones, these are the ties we link to our families with. But when a relationship breaks down, or we try to move on from past events, these energy links or cords, remain.

  We can retain negative emotions that come from memories of past relationships and past events, that come from these energy links or cords. This can drain our energy making us more prone to catching colds and other ailments. This negative or toxic emotional energy can prevent us from moving on in life. If you are still experiencing anger, jealousy or pain in regards to past experiences or relationships, this means you are still energetically attached to them.

  During a cord cutting process, these energy links or cords are identified by you and I together. It is far more powerful if you are involved in the process of firstly identifying then cutting of your own energy cords. Alternatively, I can do this for you. Reiki Energy is always sent following a cord cutting ritual, this is your 5 - 10 minutes to relax and enjoy the healing energy. This process will help to repair your own energy field and allow you to move on and love again or to move forward in life.

  This is a 60 minute session via Zoom
